Louis Inghilterra is a New York Hudson Valley native currently based in Denver, Colorado. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture and Design with a minor in History from Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
Louis’s lifelong passion for architecture, antiques, and historic preservation has shaped his career goal: to preserve and adaptively reuse abandoned historic buildings across the United States.
He currently serves as General Manager of Prestige Estate Services, a leading estate liquidation company, where he oversees the organization and execution of estate sales.
Louis is the co-founder of the Borscht Belt Historical Marker Project, a nonprofit dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Jewish vacation destination in New York’s Catskill Mountains through the installation of roadside historical markers.
Recently, Louis was elected onto the committee of Preservation Workshop, a preservation organization that seeks to educate the public about historic preservation.
Louis also offers freelance interior decoration services in the Denver area, with recent work including the design of a private residence, a coffee shop, and a coworking space.
